The semi-automatic twin post saw consists of several key components: the twin posts, a cutting head, a cutting blade or saw, a material clamp, a control panel, and a pneumatic or hydraulic system.
During the cutting process, the operator manually positions the workpiece and activates the cutting cycle. Once initiated, the cutting head moves in a controlled manner, driven by the pneumatic or hydraulic system. The cutting blade cuts according to project specifications, guided by the cutting head. After completing the cut, the cutting head returns to its starting position, and the operator can remove the cut material and load a new workpiece.
